What happened
During a particularly busy scheduling period, many of you experienced a temporary interruption while using Locust. We know how important reliable access is when coordinating schedules, and we’re sorry for the frustration this may have caused.
The issue was traced to a system process that appeared under heavier-than-usual load. Once identified, we made changes to stabilize traffic and improve performance during peak activity.
Thank you for your patience and hard work supporting public witnessing. We’re continuing to strengthen and refine Locust to better support you, especially during the busiest times.
